AdvertisingHelp.net is a website of Charles Shields, Advertising Writer. It was created to help small business owners get better results from their advertising. I do this by utilizing my direct response writing skills to improve their ad pieces.

Many years ago, in my own marketing business, I discovered a knack for getting people to respond to my advertising. My response rates were always double the norm. Often triple. Sometimes quadruple.

Soon after, talent met education when I began absorbing the teachings and works of some of the world's top copywriters, like Brett McFall, Jeffrey Lant, Dan Kennedy and Robert Bly.

I have created and improved print and online advertising materials for many types of small businesses, including auto repair, insurance, discount cards, personal finance, construction and advertising services, to name a few.

Most of the materials that I've created have produced cold list response rates of 5-12%. This is 2 to 5 times what most advertisers get.

Others, that I've critiqued or improved, have produced response increases of 33% to over 250%. Getting my small business clients these kind of results is what I strive for.
