Each quote is for a specific ad or advertising piece only and is not transferable.

In order to be implemented, I must receive any changes desired within 3 business days of draft being sent to client.

With your permission, I may use any testimonial you give, about your experience with me, in my marketing.

You agree that the original advertising you send to me, as well as the improved, may be used in a report or book, or on this or other websites of mine.

You agree to provide payments for all ordered services in a timely manner.

If you decide to cancel, once monies have been paid and the work begun, a 50% project kill fee will be retained.

Critique Guarantee (paid critiques) - If you do not think the critique was an excellent value for what you paid, let me know why. I will review it again or refund your payment, whichever you prefer.

Copyright ownership of any project that has been prepared for you remains with me until said project has been paid for in full. After the full agreed upon payment has been completed, copyright passes to you.

I reserve the right to refuse our services to companies involved in any activities I deem inappropriate or distasteful. These include the selling or promotion of multilevel marketing, tobacco, gambling, tattoo/piercing and sex/pornography.

I may modify this agreement at any time, and such additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement to the site. Your continued access or use of the site is indication of your acceptance of the modified agreement.

These Terms and Conditions, as well as information from the website, govern your use of the advertisinghelp.net website, www.advertisinghelp.net. Continued use of the Website and/or the services offered, constitutes acceptance of all of these Terms. Do not use this website or purchase any services or products if you do not accept these Terms and Conditions.

Specific to Improvements

The purpose of the improvement is to help the client (hereby referred to as you) get higher response. This will be done via removing or moving ineffective words, phrases, images or layouts and replacing them with more response-generating words, phrases, images and layouts. Comments and suggestions will also be added. This will be done freehand, using just a pen, on the piece itself and with attached hand-written or digitized pages.

An option to have a completed, print-ready piece is available, for an additional fee. Otherwise, the rough draft improvements can be placed into the piece by any graphic design professional.

Any advertising sent to Charles Shields (hereby referred to as I, me or mine) for improvement, must be for a product or service that has bonafide demand and sales in an existing market.

I accept checks, money orders or PayPal®. Payment details will be included in the emailed quote. PayPal is a secure credit card processing website. It is the only form of credit card payment I accept.

Improving the advertising will commence within 3 business days of receipt of full payment, unless otherwise notified. Client will be notified by the start if the project cannot be completed in a timely manner.

Improvement Guarantee - I'm not involved in the day to day operations of your business. As such, there are many variables in your advertising that I cannot control. For example, how you implement the improvements and suggestions, pricing, use of lists, marketing methods, demand, etc. Therefore, while I can guarantee your satisfaction with the improvements before you test it, I do not promise and cannot guarantee specific results. However, if you're not happy with the results from your new improved ad, I will improve it again, at no extra charge, up to 30 days after you've received it.
